Co-founder & CEO
Tayub’s experience of building and operating hospitality businesses shapes WGR’s approach. He brings commercial understanding, supply chain knowledge and a clear focus on helping customers grow through effective production partnerships.
Having seen the difference central production made to his own restaurant operation, he leads WGR with an understanding of the decisions its customers make every day.
Co-founder & Compliance Director
Naureen leads food safety, hygiene and compliance, with a focus on the training and systems that support consistent standards. Her background in hospitality auditing brings practical experience to the quality processes behind WGR’s production.
She works across the business to keep people supported, responsibilities clear and quality part of everyday operations.
Financial Director
A chartered accountant with hands-on hospitality experience, Kashif leads WGR’s financial strategy, governance and planning. He brings a practical understanding of restaurant economics and the commercial realities of growth.
His role helps ensure WGR builds the financial discipline and capacity needed to support long-term customer relationships.
Account Director
Aziz brings experience in client advisory and account management, having worked with companies including Grant Thornton. He understands customers’ needs and expectations, and the importance of clear communication and dependable service.
His client-focused approach supports strong relationships, helping customers feel understood and supported throughout their partnership with WGR.
Production Director
Talha’s journey with the business began in the Wrap It Up! central kitchen. Today he oversees WGR’s production and kitchen operations, from ordering and planning through to packing and dispatch.
His knowledge of the operation helps translate customer specifications into an organised, repeatable production process.
Head of Business Development
David brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience, spanning restaurants, catering and events. Having worked with WGR as a customer before joining the team, he understands the partnership from both sides.
He works with operators to understand their challenges and identify where WGR’s development, production and delivery capabilities can add value.
Executive Development Chef
Ash leads WGR’s culinary development. A chef, food consultant and winner of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2011, he combines creativity with the technical understanding needed to make recipes work at scale.
His focus is on protecting flavour and character while developing products that make sense for the kitchens serving them.
Working as one team
