Facility

WGR is based in a purpose built 10,000 square foot, SALSA accredited, facility in Stratford, East London.

Comprising of a fully accredited kitchen, office, warehouse and delivery hub where we manage our own fleet of temperature controlled delivery vehicles.

The kitchen is fitted with state of the art equipment to produce the highest quality & consistency each and every time. All our equipment is covered with the highest level of service agreements to minimise the risk of any interruption to production.

Machines are great for consistency but we also value the human touch. We’re with natural ingredients that change as the seasons do. No equipment can tell you when that spice is toasted to the optimal point or those onions are sweated to the perfect translucency for your particular recipe.

Scaling up is no issue as we have capacity to produce up to 100 tonnes of produce a week.

We manage our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles to ensure we offer our clients a complete solution .
